Delgado 112 is inside one of Quezon City's oldest Spanish colonial homes on Scout Delgado Street. We kept the original architecture and built a proper dining room around it.
The address is the name. 112 Scout Delgado in the middle of Tomas Morato — that's where the restaurant is, and where the idea came from. A specific place, with a specific character you can't exactly replicate.
We've hosted birthday dinners, anniversary celebrations, first dates, and the kind of quiet Tuesday lunches people start turning into habits.

Delgado 112 started with a simple idea: take a beautiful old house and fill it with really good food. The harder part was figuring out what "really good" means at restaurant scale — and holding to it every single service.
Co-founder Sheila Morales runs the culinary side — and that conviction shows in every dish. There is no filler on the menu, no trend-chasing, no shortcuts. The Filipino-Spanish flavors she grew up with are the same ones she cooks with today, refined through years of practice but never stripped of their soul. When she says every plate that leaves the kitchen is something she stands behind, that is not a slogan. It is the standard the whole team is held to, every service.
